It legit happened this episode (well, he's not part of the BB pirates per se, he's just an ally, but that's essentially the same as him joining them, even if temporarily - and we still don't know if that's just temporary or if Aokiji is truly a pirate). About the part where I said that Tashigi, Coby and Helmeppo have a real sense of justice, that's just my opinion based on what I've seen up until episode 736.
